strive to be different is what you say
while livning your life someone else\'s way
hopes and dreams limited by conformity
what you are is what you dread to be
whats the fun in living as a clone
squish that fear of thinking on your own
speak for the voiceless, try to make things right
stand for justice, fight the good fight
face your fears and take that chance
amongst society take your stance
this is your time, its now, its here
have an opinion and make it clear
stand apart, unlike the rest
being different is you at your best
don\'t be limited in what you do
most of all, dont be anything that isn\'t you.

a joint poem between myself ( ~hellboundangel) and one of my best mates ~meevilmonkey. we wrote it for a religious prayer on individuality even though neither of us are particularly religious so keep that in mind... lol enjoy.
